Born in Germany, I started to work in the fitness industry in Berlin in January 1993 after having received first certified course in Germany to become an Aerobics / Group Fitness Instructor. I worked in many different gyms all over Berlin and Potsdam and when we moved to Cottbus for 3 years I worked in gyms there and later at Fitness First in Munich and also privately.
I am a super active person and I truly believe that: LIFE IS MOVEMENT – MOVEMENT IS LIFE!
And it is my passion to help and support people to live healthier and happier lifes through movement.
