Abbey Davidson

Osteopath

Abbey grew up on the Northern Beaches but travelled to Melbourne to study Osteopathy at RMIT University. After 5 years she completed her double degree: Bachelor Health Science and Bachelor Applied Science (Osteo) at the top of her class.

Previously an Osteopath in a busy Sydney CBD clinic; Abbey is now ready to share her knowledge and love of Osteopathy with the Northern Beaches community.

Since completing her studies Abbey has done extra learning in dry needling and cupping, headache, migraine and jaw assessment/treatment, pain in pregnancy and is Mat Pilates certified.

Abbey is able to cater her treatment style to best care of the person in front of her. While able to perform more direct adjustments, articulations, myofascial and MET/stretching techniques she can also provide more gentle and indirect treatment when needed.

When not treating Abbey enjoys cooking, hanging out with her daughter outdoors, swimming, watching sports and camping.
